These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of libertyjackets.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

In these Terms, "Liberty Jackets," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Liberty Jackets. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing the Site or placing an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — product photography, illustrations, written descriptions, logos, page layouts, source code, and the Liberty Jackets name and marks — is owned by Liberty Jackets or licensed to us, and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, resell, scrape, or distribute any part of the Site — in whole or in part — without our prior written permission. Use of our content for training machine-learning systems, populating third-party marketplaces, or building competing storefronts is expressly prohibited.

3. Product Information, Images, and Pricing

We work hard to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, measurement, colour, or price on the Site is complete or error-free.

• Colour and finish. Screens render colour differently. Leather is a natural material, so grain, tone, and texture vary slightly between hides. Minor variation from the product photograph is normal and is not considered a defect.

• Corrections. We may correct errors in pricing, availability, or description at any time — including after an order has been submitted. If a correction materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and offer you the choice of proceeding or cancelling for a full refund.

• Changes without notice. We reserve the right to add, amend, or withdraw products, prices, promotions, and content at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it — it is not acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation.

When you place an order, the following happens:

1. Your contact and delivery details are recorded so the order can be processed and shipped.

2. Your payment details are verified and captured by our third-party payment processor. Liberty Jackets does not process card transactions on its own servers and does not store full debit or credit card numbers at any time.

3. Your order enters production or picking, and you receive tracking details once it ships.

5. Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order

We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion. Reasons include but are not limited to: stock or material unavailability, a pricing or description error, a failed or flagged payment, a mismatch between billing and shipping information, suspected fraud, an address we cannot ship to, scheduled site maintenance, or abusive conduct toward our staff. Where an order is cancelled by us and payment has already been taken, we will refund it in full to the original payment method.

6. User-Submitted Content

If you post a review, comment, photograph, or any other material to the Site, you grant Liberty Jackets a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that material in connection with our business, including in marketing. By submitting content you warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age;

• The content is your own original work, or you hold the rights necessary to submit it;

• The content is accurate and not misleading;

• It does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity right of any third party;

• It is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

You may not use the Site to post advertisements or solicitations, distribute spam, upload malware, disclose trade secrets, share sexually explicit material, or impersonate any person. We may edit, refuse, or remove any submission at our sole discretion and without notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use automated systems — bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar — to access the Site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems, or to interfere with the Site's normal operation.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including payment providers, carriers, and social platforms. Those sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where expressly stated, the Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Jackets disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liberty Jackets and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total aggregate liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In those states, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Liberty Jackets harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or any content you submit.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, carrier disruption, customs delays, utility or network failure, or government action.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and all of our related policies and procedures, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [INSERT STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. 14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Changes take effect when posted. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order. Please review this page periodically.
